We advise clients on administrative actions and judicial reviews of public decisions in terms of Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA).

Access to Information

We advise and help clients to request and access information held by private and public bodies in the exercise and protection of their rights and institute court applications to compel disclosure in terms of Promotion of Access to Information Act.
